Terms of Use

YardTrails helps neighbors find yard sales, estate sales, bake sales, lemonade stands, fundraisers and holiday displays. By using yardtrails.com you agree to these terms.

Listings

  • You're responsible for what you post. Listings must be real, accurate and legal, and only for places you have permission to list.
  • Your listing's address, dates, description and photos are public. Don't post anything you don't want strangers to see.
  • Selling food, running a sale and decorating are subject to your local laws and HOA rules — that's on you.
  • We may edit or remove listings and accounts that are misleading, unsafe, spammy or offensive.
  • Some listings are added by us from public community posts. If one is yours, use the “Claim it” link to take it over or ask us to remove it.

Visiting sales and displays

YardTrails doesn't run, inspect or guarantee any sale, item or display. Be respectful of homes and neighbors: follow posted hours, don't block driveways, and stay off lawns unless invited. Purchases are between you and the seller.

Paid features

  • Featured listing ($2.99, one-time): your listing is highlighted until it ends.
  • Seller Pro ($4.99/month or $39/year) and Local Pros ($25/month) renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • If something went wrong with a purchase, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right, including a refund where appropriate. Local Pros listings we don't approve are refunded in full.

Your account

Keep your login safe. You can stop using YardTrails at any time; email us to delete your account.

No warranty

YardTrails is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep it accurate and running, but we can't promise listings are correct or that the site is always available, and we aren't liable for losses from using it, to the extent the law allows.
